At Velocity Climbing, we understand that taking your first steps into climbing can be thrilling and also make some a little nervous. That’s why we’re here to provide you with the support, equipment, and knowledge you need to make your inaugural climb a success.

Safety First
Before you begin your climbing journey, all visitors must sign a waiver. It’s a crucial step in ensuring your safety and well-being during your time at Velocity.
You can review and sign the waiver here in advance or complete it in person when you arrive.

Friendly Welcome
Our team members will warmly welcome you and help you get started with a pass and all the necessary gear.
Quick Tour
We’ll provide you with a brief tour of our facility, ensuring you’re familiar with the layout and climbing areas.
Orientations
Depending on your climbing preferences, we offer specific orientations:
- For bouldering, you’ll receive guidance on using our bouldering walls.
- If you choose auto belay climbing, we’ll provide a short orientation on how to safely use the auto belay device and harness.
- Top-rope climbers have access to the largest part of our facility, and our trained staff conducts classes every hour. It’s easy and fun to learn, and reservations aren’t necessary. However, if you have a large group or want to ensure minimal wait times, feel free to give us a call.
